On Tuesday, June 25, 2025, INFOMedia had the privilege of attending the onboarding session of the YANDA Center of Innovation and Entrepreneurship at the Small Enterprise Development Agency (SEDA). Our founder, Mr. Senzeni Dladla, presented his innovative idea to a panel of six judges, who recognized it as a groundbreaking concept that aligns with YANDA’s mission to nurture and fine-tune new ideas and innovations. The event gathered esteemed innovators, inventors, and entrepreneurs from across the Mpumalanga province, creating an inspiring atmosphere of creativity and collaboration. The day’s proceedings were skillfully facilitated by the award-winning inventor, Mr. Mashudu Netshidzati, renowned for his invention of Signo, a revolutionary sign language system. Our Managing Director, Senzeni Dladla, recently attended the prestigious SAB Foundation Tholoana Program workshop powered by Fetola. Representing our dynamic digital communications agency, Senzeni joined a distinguished group of entrepreneurs at The Capital Empire Hotel in Sandton, Gauteng, for an intensive two-day workshop focused on Costing and Pricing for businesses, held on June 11th and 12th 2024. The workshop was expertly facilitated by Ntando Maseko, a renowned author of the book Welcome To Financial Freedom, host of Mindset Profits Podcast, and Business Coach. Ntando’s insights and guidance made the workshop exceptionally informative and inspiring, providing valuable strategies and frameworks for effective business costing and pricing. His experience and approachable teaching style enriched the learning experience for all attendees. One of the highlights of the event was the networking session on the evening of the first day. This session provided a golden opportunity to connect with like-minded entrepreneurs, share experiences, and build relationships that could lead to future collaborations. The room buzzed with the energy of innovation and ambition, and it was exhilarating to meet so many individuals who are passionate about driving positive change through their businesses. Our participation in this workshop follows our successful progression through a rigorous selection process for the SAB Tholoana Program. With over 6,000 small businesses from across South Africa vying for a spot, the process involved several stages of eliminations. Making it to the final selection is a significant milestone for us, underscoring our dedication to excellence and our commitment to growing our business in a way that enhances employment opportunities and contributes positively to the South African economy. Being among other entrepreneurs who have achieved remarkable success was profoundly motivating.
