The Client

Pure Ocean Security is a security services provider based in Witbank, offering manned guarding, armed and unarmed personnel, access control and surveillance, and event security management to businesses and communities across South Africa. The company positions itself as “the first wave of defense,” built on values of integrity, professionalism, and a customer-centric approach.

The Challenge

Pure Ocean Security needed a professional website that could support client enquiries directly through the site, while meeting South Africa’s data protection requirements for any business collecting customer information online. Beyond the website, the business also needed a printed identity, a company profile to hand to prospective clients and material to represent the brand at community and exhibition events.

The Approach

Infomedia built a full WordPress site at pureoceansec.co.za, with forms integrated for client enquiries and lead capture, and a “Get Free Assessment” call to action running through the site. The site lays out the four core service lines (manned guarding, armed and unarmed personnel, access control and surveillance, event security management) alongside the company’s values. Terms and Conditions and a POPIA-compliant Privacy Policy were drafted alongside the build, giving the business a legally sound foundation for handling visitor and client data.

Infomedia also designed a printed company profile, including an “Our Values” spread and a Contact Us page carrying full company details, and produced a full set of branded exhibition and site materials: a gazebo, a director’s chair, a pull-up banner, a telescopic banner, and a stretch table cloth, giving Pure Ocean Security a consistent, professional presence at community activations and client sites, not just online.

The Outcome

Pure Ocean Security now has a complete, compliant web presence built to capture leads, backed by a printed company profile and a full suite of branded exhibition material that carries the same identity from the website to the street.
