General Services
A. INFOMedia does not offer credit terms.
B. Upfront full payment is required for any services below R1500, all services above R1500 we
require a 60% deposit upfront, then the 40% balance will be paid upon work completion.
C. All quotations are valid for a period of 30 days, should this period pass, clients are
encouraged to check with our consultant in case there has been a change in price or service
offering.
D. Monthly recurring invoices are valid for a period of 7 days and one-time invoices are valid for
14 days, should this period pass, clients are encouraged to check with our consultant in case
there has been a change in price or service offering.
E. In the event of non-payment of any invoice INFOMedia shall be entitled to withhold or
suspend the provision of services until such time as it receives payment of the invoice or other
payments due.
F. In addition to the remedies for late payment of invoices set out in clause E. hereof,
INFOMedia shall be entitled to a penalty fee (10%) after every 7 days on the date the invoice
becomes overdue for payment.
G. It is the responsibility of the client to make sure that sufficient information is provided when
requesting services. INFOMedia will NOT take responsibility for incorrect information submitted
by the client.
H. A first draft of the work shall be sent to the client to confirm if it meets their satisfaction. Any
work provided can be turned back around a maximum number of 2 times during working hours if
there are any changes to be made. It is the clients responsibility to list all the changes at once
before any amendments are implemented, failure to do so will incur an additional fee
I. Once the client has approved the final work. and later need to make amendments, an
additional fee will incur.
J. INFOMedia will only start servicing a client once payment has successfully reflected in our
bank account, regardless of proof of payment sent
