Lugogo Foods is a poultry farm with presence in Gauteng and KwaZulu Natal. The company was founded in 2014 and has been supplying high-quality poultry products to the local market. With an aim to expand their customer base and increase
brand awareness, Lugogo Foods approached us to assist them in setting up and managing their social media accounts, developing their company profile, as well as posters.

Challenges:

Lugogo Foods faced a major challenge in creating a strong brand presence on social media platforms. Their social media pages were not active, and they were not engaging with their audience. They also lacked a social media marketing
strategy to attract and retain customers.

Strategy:

We assisted Lugogo Foods in setting up and managing their social media accounts. We created a social media marketing strategy that was tailored to their specific needs and goals. We also ran monthly campaigns to increase engagement
and brand awareness.

Firstly, we conducted a thorough research on Lugogo’s digital presence. We then developed a content calendar that included engaging posts and advertisements that were relevant to their audience, which would ultimately increase their
sales.

Next, we set up and optimized their social media pages on Facebook and Instagram. We ensured that their pages were consistent with their brand identity and were visually appealing. We also set up social media monitoring tools to track
engagement, performance, and comments.

Finally, we ran monthly campaigns to increase engagement and brand awareness. We created visually appealing posts that promoted their products, offered promotions, and encouraged user-generated content. We also ran targeted ads that
reached their target audience.

Results:

Our efforts have yielded positive results for Lugogo Foods. Within two months of managing their social media accounts, they saw a significant increase in engagement, sales, and brand awareness. Their monthly campaigns generated over
20,000 impressions, and they received a significant increase in inquiries about their products.
